Tips & Questions…..Timing

Ok so this is probably the most asked & one of the most important questions you should ask for your day.

For your photography. As this pretty much rules your day.

How much time do I allow for things. SO if you have booked me or just interested -this is how I work.

Pre-Ceremony:

The Boys: Just over 30 minutes

The Girls: I like to allow an hour. Not I dont need to shoot this long but if something is going to go wrong or run late -this is when. I dont know how many weddings I have shot at & the hair dresser is running so late & have only had 5 minutes to shoot you before you go off to the church. &  if I didnt allow the hour, you can imagine how late the bride would’ve been.

After Ceremony:

Family, group pics & people congratulating you around 45 minutes. (trust me this is the hardest bit for you for the whole day)

Location: This part is totally up to you. Yes Ive had to do these in 15 minutes & yes Ive spent hours doing these.Yes I believe it is so important to get those great amazing images but it is also important not to be away to long from your guests & the party. No believe it or not its not about the photographer(even though some act like it is). I Like to have a few locations. But a location depending on where we are shooting doesnt have to be ages from each other. But importantly allow travel in the timing of your day-To & From. On average most of my bridal parties are away 1&1/2 hours.
