Jasmine Star Workshop at “The Rocks”

Last Monday I flew down to Sydney for the Jasmine Star workshop.

All I can say is WOW I have been looking forward to this for so long. Yes I admit Im a stalker of her blog….I wake up have my cup of tea & Jump on her blog. I love the crispness of her pics. But meeting her in person made me love her photos & who she is & where she has come from to be an international photographer love her work any more.

She too is a twin like me & got interested in photography after she got married. We had a laugh about the american language & me trying to do my best white chicks/californian accent. Her hubby is so supportive & yes they work together & happily.

On the shoot as you will see below the models the dresses were exquisite. So im putting these tips into practice & yes it has changed the way I shoot. Cant wait to practice more. & also from the class in my blogging I need to share more about me & the couple. SO I will endevour to try.

20 people did the class with me. We caught up the night before & met some great photographers…yes mainly from Perth. But this was so good. Chatting about how we do stuff & sharing ideas….it was so good.

The backdrop at the Rocks & our workshop was amazing…The Harbour Bridge to the left, Opera House straight ahead.

Yes a new website & logo is on the way Im so excited look out 2010

Looking at the other 20 people that shot the same models it has blown me away how different all our shots are.
